Hey, I'm Paul, a Business Mindset Coach who's passionate about helping others achieve their goals. With my extensive experience and expertise, I'm committed to helping business leaders develop the mindset and skills they need to succeed.
After transitioning from corporate accounting to sales, I discovered my true passion for coaching. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master's degree in Intercultural Leadership, which gave me valuable insights into the business world and the challenges that leaders face.
I've earned a range of coaching certifications, including RMT (Robbins-Madanes Training) and Certified Mindset Facilitator (David Bayer Organization). Besides, I've extensively studied NLP, CBT, and Business Coaching, providing me with a broad range of tools and techniques to draw upon.
With my strong background in accounting and business, I have a wealth of experience in complex sales cycles and the ability to develop robust processes. I'm empathetic and skilled at critical thinking, able to break down complex problems and develop effective solutions.
What sets me apart from others in the industry is my focus on developing a strong mindset for success. I have a process-oriented approach and a repeatable, proven scientific methodology that helps my clients achieve their goals.
I focus on helping business people, including managers, directors, and entrepreneurs, clear up their thinking, develop an unstoppable, problem-solving mindset, and build confidence.
My motivation is to help people who are struggling in their careers and improve their personal lives. With my coaching, I aim to make your career more successful and your life easier.
Outside of work, I enjoy camping, skiing, golf, and travel. I'm an avid reader, and I'm trying to learn guitar. I love experiencing new cultures around the world, but I always love coming home to Colorado.
My future goals and aspirations include supporting and serving as many people as possible. I hope to take my work into high schools and colleges to help young people develop the skills they need for success. I also hope to continue to grow as a leader, mentor, and teacher.
